SF-1X无油润滑轴承是以钢板为基体，中间烧结球形青铜粉，表面轧制聚四氟乙稀(PTFEDHC)和铅的混合物，是卷制而成的滑动轴承：并具有摩擦系数小、耐磨、抗腐蚀性好和无HM油润滑的特点。使用该产品具有降低成本、减少机械体积，避免咬轴现象和降低机械噪音等优点。目前已广泛应用于各种机械的滑动部位，如水印刷机、纺织机、烟草机、水泵、防水、健身器、液压搬运车、微电机、汽车、摩托车与农林机械等。
